Lion AVL stands behind its branded products with a five-year limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and proper installation.

WHEN COVERAGE BEGINS

For equipment-only orders, coverage begins on the date the client receives the product. For orders that include installation by Lion AVL or a certified dealer, coverage begins when installation is completed.

WHAT IS COVERED

Repair or replacement of Lion AVL branded products or components that fail because of a manufacturing defect during the warranty period. Covered components include LED modules, power supplies, receiving cards, and other factory-installed components, as applicable to the product.

Lion AVL will evaluate the issue and determine whether repair or replacement is appropriate.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED

Damage caused by misuse, accidents, impact, improper installation, inadequate ventilation, improper power, electrical surges, or operation outside the product’s specified conditions.

Damage resulting from unauthorized modifications or repairs, exposure to moisture beyond the product’s rating, fire, flooding, or other external events.

Normal wear, cosmetic changes that do not affect operation, and damage occurring during handling or relocation after delivery.

Third-party equipment is covered under its respective manufacturer’s warranty.

LABOR & SERVICE

Installation workmanship provided by Lion AVL is covered for one year from completed installation. The five-year product warranty does not include onsite labor, removal, reinstallation, travel, or freight unless expressly included in your agreement.
